Keeping Yourself Beautiful With Yogurt

Yogurt is an incredible food. Not only does it protect against a myriad of infections, but it provides a healthy bacteria that is great for the skin. You can make some fantastic natural beauty products by adding in a few other natural ingredients and using them a few times times a week. They are easy, natural, and affordable.
For a body and face mask that will strengthen and purify skin, add the plain yogurt to honey and mix well. Apply it to the body and keep it on for five minutes before slipping into a hot bath. Soak for ten minutes, then run a hot shower and wash yourself well. Don’t use soap, and moisturize well afterward.
For hair products to help heal a dry or damaged scalp, rub plain yogurt into the roots of the hair. Make sure it covers the entire scalp, and massage it in. When you wash it out, use a natural or water-based shampoo and conditioner. You can use a Rosemary rinse to strip out extra chemicals and to get rid of excess yogurt (four drops Rosemary shaken in a bottle of one liter water).
Make sure all yogurt used in completely natural, not containing any unnatural sugars of flavors.
