You have probably dreamed of the day that you would be able to open another office in a different city or state. If you already have trained employees that are willing to transfer to a new location you will be able to witness your company grow to exciting new heights. Before you can set you plan into motion you will first need to make sure that your primary office is both stable and profitable. To do this you are going to have to get as many local customers as you can. Although you may only be able to make the occasional sale to your existing customers, you might be able to turn new prospects into loyal clients. Ask the leader of your sales team to create some new and exciting promotional materials and then send them out to all of your sweepstakes leads. Based on the response that you get you can fine tune your literature and send out another mailing.
You can’t expect result overnight, but you can get one step closer to opening a new office. Patiently wait for your efforts to pay off and you will have a long line of customers waiting to buy your products when you are ready to open your new location. Way too many businesses jump the gun and expand before they are truly ready. If you are careful and only expand when you know that you will be able to handle the demands of your growing customer base you will never need to worry.
